2. Shipping and Delivery

Oceans Above delivers to most addresses around across Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and vary based on location and shipping method.

While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact our team via sales@oceansabove.com.au

3. Customer Service

Oceans Above is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Standard dispatch timeframes are between 1–2 business days. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, your order, or general enquiries contact us at sales@oceansabove.com.au

4. Return Policy

 Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns, we will however, replace faulty or damaged products. Please email us at Oceansabove.com.au if you have received a faulty or damaged product and we will endeavour to replace it a swiftly as possible.  

If you've made an error in purchasing, don't hesitate to ask our team for advice. The earlier we catch things, the more chance we have of reducing unnecessary shipping. Even better, choose as carefully as you can before hitting the confirmation button.
